Helping Banco Popular to make their customers’ dreams happen.

 

"We love dreams" was a promotional effort to reach out to new and existing clients of Banco Popular, a financial entity for the Hispanic market.

The campaign aims to create awareness and position Banco Popular as a community-friendly financial institution. More than a bank, it’s an active member of the community, that supports its clients’ dreams and aspirations.

We created an identity design unique and unusual for a bank. The logo, a whimsical cloud of colors, speaks of freshness and the variety of products the bank offers. The campaign aimed to participate in cultural and popular events, such as a Film Festival, popular paredes, and community events.

It was a successful campaign that brought  together Banco Popular and its community.

Sponsoring Filmmaking. Sponsoring Dreams.

Banco Popular was the main sponsor of the Latino Film Festival. We promoted a contest among upcoming Latino filmmakers and gave an award that allowed them create a short film that would be featured before the screening of the main movie of the festival.

Cristina Ibarra’s film Wheels of Change won the award and premiered in the festival.

Celebrating the National Puerto Rican Day Parade.

Banco Popular was part of the Puerto Rican Parade. To add to the festive spirit, we filled the streets with colorful balloons, fans to keep dreamers cool and for the chance to win a trip to Encanto Island, and celebratory t-shirts.

 

Voting for a cause. Supporting the community.

We launched 3 consecutive print ads in local newspapers to introduce the WeLove Dreams program. A great financial offer was advertised for all our clients and potential clients and also, and most importantly, we asked our community to vote for a cause.

Banco Popular wanted to give back to the community and make a difference in their daily lives. A total of 3 playgrounds/parks were fixed, beautified with plants, and new fresh paint. Another dream came true.
